**French Tutor-Mentor Position**

This part-time opportunity lets you shape your schedule and connect with students in home all while making a positive impact on their academic journey.
**Hourly base rate for in-home tutoring starts at 25$/h**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct personalized tutoring sessions, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Be a mentor and role model, inspiring students to overcome challenges and discover their passion for academics.
- Adapt teaching strategies to individual learning styles and needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work in-home/online.
- Located in Winnipeg.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current or willingness to obtain a vulnerable sector police check.
**Additional Assets**:
- Enrolled in/completed a Bachelor's program.
- Graduate or enrolled in B.Ed, B.Sc, B.Math.
- Certified Teacher.
