**Our business**:
Delon Laboratories is a cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturer in Montreal's West Island.

**Purpose**:
Delon Laboratories is looking for a full-time Procurement Clerk **to join our family**. The Procurement Clerk will support Management by developing efficient procurement solutions with the implementation and development of sourcing strategies.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Researches and identifies prospective suppliers
- Liaises with internal project teams and maintains good supplier relations
- Evaluates suppliers and products according to key criteria of the business
- Prepares proposals, requests quotes, and negotiates purchase terms & conditions
- Prepares and issues purchase orders & agreements
- Monitors supplier performance and resolves concerns and issues
- Inspects and evaluates the quality of items purchased and then resolve shortcomings
- Analyzes industry & demand trends and supports senior management with the implementation & development of sourcing strategies
- Prepares reports and maintains accurate inventory & procurement records
- Complies with company procedures, policies, & regulatory standards

**Qualifications**
- College or university diploma
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/ cosmetic/ or food industry is an asset
- English written/reading skills
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
- Negotiating Skills
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
