**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare and place the products from suppliers
- Must shop around for the best prices
- Proceed to distribute the goods received to the other departments
- To prepare future orders for the restaurant, bar and banquets
- Prepare monthly inventories, prepare purchase orders and enter daily data
- Other responsibilities will be added according to the needs and requests' of the company

Position Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Must have good computer knowledge
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to communicate with all the levels of management and coworkers
- Must be a team player
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays and various shifts
- Aptitude to manage its own time to achieve several tasks at the same time
- Must be resourceful, energetic and autonomous
- Bilingual: French and English

Physical Requirements:
This job requires the ability to perform the following:

- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing and or pulling approximately 200 pounds
- Frequently standing up and moving about the facility
- Remain stationary for extended periods of time.
- Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility.
- Frequently bending, stooping, and kneeling
