**Résumé du poste**:**

Ce poste est responsable de la manutention du matériel entrant pour l'usine ainsi que de la préparation du matériel pour les commandes à expédier et ceux destinés à l'assemblage.

**Horaire de travail**:**40 heures/semaine du lundi au vendredi.

**Fonctions essentielles**:**
- Expérience professionnelle de au moins 2 ans en tant que comptable.
- Expérience pratique avec un logiciel de comptabilité comme Oracle (un atout).
- Compétences intermédiaire en MS Excel, notamment Recherche-V et tableaux croisés dynamiques.
- Expérience avec les fonctions de grand livre général.
- Grande attention aux détails et bonnes compétences analytiques.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (bilinguisme).

**Expérience Requises**:**
- Connaissance des produits Microsoft Office et bonnes compétences en informatique.
- Une expérience d'un à deux ans dans le domaine de l'expédition et de la réception est souhaitable.
- Anglais - Français - Bilingue
- Fait preuve de précision et d'attention aux détails
- Être en bonne forme physique pour rester debout pendant une longue période
- Expérience dans l'utilisation de chariots élévateurs et d'équipements de levage
- La connaissance d'un système ERP est un plus

**ÉTUDES/FORMATION REQUISES**:**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires, ou équivalent.
- Formation formelle d'une école technique ou d'une école de métiers
- L'expérience compensant l'éducation

**Job Overview**:**

This position is responsible for handling the incoming material for the plant as well as picking material for orders to ship and the ones destinate for the assembly

**Responsibilities**:**
- Process all incoming material transactions for the location in ERP system.
- Operates forklift, hand truck, and/or other material handling equipment to move material as required, including l oading and unloading trucks.
- Inspect and label inventory on receipt
- Inventory maintenance, tagging, placing of inventory with forklift and by hand for small parts.
- Pick material for shipping and production orders,
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation activities
- Keep a clean and organized environment in the shipping receiving area
- Perform related warehouse/production tasks
- Selecting tools and materials required to complete the task at hand and follow all safety practices and guidelines.

**Skills/Requirements**:**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and good computer skills.
- Between one to two years’ shipping/receiving experience is desirable.
- English - French - Bilingual
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Physically fit to stand for a long period of time
- Experience in using Forklifts and lifting equipmentKnowledge of an ERP system will be a plus
