As a Commerical Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful completion of each project within budget and timeline constraints.

You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between different stakeholders and ensure clear expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Provide regular updates to management on project status and performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in product development or software development projects is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
