Master Plumber

**About Us**:
Commercial Pool & Recreational Products is Manitoba’s premier contractor for commercial pool construction, renovation, and aquatic system installations. We work on high-profile projects across the province, including municipal pools, leisure centres, hotels, and institutional aquatic facilities.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, install, and troubleshoot complex PVC plumbing systems for commercial pool filtration, circulation, and water treatment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Work closely with engineers, foremen, and other trades to ensure system accuracy and functionality
- Lead and supervise plumbing-related aspects of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Assist in scheduling, material take-offs, and coordination of plumbing installation timelines
- Occasionally support training of junior staff and apprentices

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Licensed Journeyperson or Master Plumber in Manitoba 3 years of experience**:

- **Extensive experience with PVC piping (1.5” to 12”)** - including cutting, gluing, layout, and system testing
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial plumbing environments
- Ability to interpret mechanical and pool system drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of commercial pool systems, filtration, or water chemistry is a strong asset (but not required)
- Willing to travel, our projects range in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and into Ontario
