Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Auto Parts
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outside Sales Representative for our auto parts division. This role is primarily focused on building relationships with repair workshops and automotive service providers, spending most of the time on the road to drive sales and expand our customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular visits to repair workshops and automotive service centers to promote and sell auto parts.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions, focusing on building long-term relationships.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line, including specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
- Process orders, manage inventory input, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Organize product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients on new products and services.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and following up on leads.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports for management to evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitive products, and customer preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems: electronics, suspension, brakes, exhaust, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to handle a dynamic schedule.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

**Job Type**:
**Salary**:$50,000 - $60,000 CAD Annually + Sales Incentive program (Individual sales leads. Incentive between (5-15% of gross sales). (Yearly earning potential of $70,000-$110,000+)
