GHD has an immediate opening for a **Global Mobility and Immigration Leader **to lead the GHD’s mobility and immigration strategy and programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives on working in partnership with our business to ensure we attract, retain and develop talented people. With a team of two advisors focused on case management, the GMI Manager will be focused on building an incredible employee experience for those who move and developing a culture of mobility at GHD.

**This position can be based in most GHD office locations in the U.S or Canada.**

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Lead the development, implementation and management of all mobility and immigration programs and policies, ensuring they meet business needs and align with market practice
- Mentoring and training GHD leaders on mobility policies and procedures, with the intention to upskill, increase knowledge and understanding
- Work closely with senior leaders and People Teams to understand client project pipelines and resourcing requirements, acting as a trusted advisor in completing standard process mobility to meet these businesses needs
- Provide a phenomenal employee experience and use feedback to recommend improvements
- Manage and mentor the Global Mobility team, to help them to provide the best possible Global Mobility service delivery to mobile employees and their families
- Provide regional requirements and expertise in immigration and governance

**Experience and qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience plus at least 8 years of related mobility experience
- Significant experience working at a senior level in a sophisticated organization with an in-depth knowledge of global mobility principles, policies, tax and immigration
- Demonstrated customer service and partnership skills
- Analytical and continuous improvement approach
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring the Mobility team, and passionate about crafting an environment where people thrive
