**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with Financial Advisors, helping them understand the product and implement the onboarding process
- Use your findings to refine the onboarding process. Identify pain points and collaborate with a team to overcome them
- Organizing internal training sessions for Financial Advisors
- Growing your knowledge of the industry and our Financial Advisors; equipping yourself with the financial and investment knowledge
- Providing information and answering related questions to the potential Financial Advisor
- Assist the Manager of the Financial Advisor Success team with other duties

**Qualifications**
- Recent graduated from college or university
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is MUST
- Time management and organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- LLQP licenses preferred

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
