**Job description**

Providing the best in living history, Fort Edmonton Park is nestled on 64 hectares (158 acres) of wooded parkland along Edmonton’s river valley. What began as a Canada Centennial project in 1967 to reconstruct the old Fort Edmonton quickly grew to encompass much more. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Rotary Club of Edmonton and the Fort Edmonton Foundation, the Park now includes the 1846 Hudson’s Bay Fort as well as the Streets of 1885, 1905, and 1920, depicting the evolution of Edmonton’s early history.

For 30 years, A Cappella Catering Co. has been a quiet pillar in the Edmonton food and community while offering the city’s most advanced and efficient off-site catering operations. We are thrilled to be teaming up with Fort Edmonton Park to deliver high quality, relevant, thoughtfully prepared dishes and products made with locally produced ingredients and delivered with service excellence.

As a server for A Cappella Catering you will contribute to an unforgettable dining experience at Fort Edmonton Park’s two table service outlets. We expect you to:

- Be part of team optimizing guest experiences by achieving flawless operations
- Create an environment of connected committed team work through non-stop communication and the willingness to help other win
What you bring to the team:

- The belief that people are the source of extraordinary experiences, and the desire to deliver exemplary guest experiences, every day
- Ninja-status time and task organization/prioritization skills, a willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship
- ProServe required
- The ability to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit)
Duties
- Order taking
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when serving guests
- Accurately enter orders on point of sales system
- Possess strong product and menu knowledge
- Preparation of hot beverages
- Complete all required side duties, including deep cleaning assignments and stocking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
