**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance activities to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly and professionally.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and custodial experience is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
