- JACK & JONES is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor in BROSSARD, QC._

**Key points about the job.**
- Regularly evaluate, support, train and coach the members of your team on product, styling, selling techniques and operating procedures.
- Partner with your District Manager in documenting conversations, creating performance improvement plans and managing corrective action processes.
- Develop in-store talent and future leaders by looking internally to promote teammates.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company procedures.
- Accomplish daily, weekly and monthly operations, ensuring execution within deadlines.
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.

**What it takes.**
- At least 3- 4 years of store manager experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of retail in-store experience, ideally in the fashion industry.
- High school completion
- Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (analyzing KPIs, scheduling, inventory management, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills in the recruitment and development of talent and mentoring team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in French, written and spoken.
- Experience with opening new stores, an asset.
- Experience in visual merchandising, an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday).
