As the shift manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will be expected to lead by example and follow all policies and procedures at all times, while also expecting the same from your crew.
In addition to your responsibilities as shift manager, you will have the opportunity to develop additional skills as a General Manager in Training, including staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, leading perfect image and adherence to standards, leading great customer service, managing attendance and punctuality, leading store cleanliness and food safety, marketing, and profitability.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 18 Years of Age
- English Speaking
- Some Closing Availability (6PM-2:30AM)
- 1-2 Years of Food Service
