**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads and follow up with potential renters.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information and property management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Utilize software such as Yardi for managing tenant accounts and property details.
- Maintain organized files for all leasing documentation and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
- Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships throughout the leasing process.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
