**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Assist in the demolition, cleaning and various duties for our customers. This will include:

- Laundry; sorting, processing, drying, finishing as per label instructions as well as company protocol hard contents; deep cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing-training provided
- Observes/operation of machines, reporting malfunctions to Supervisor. Advises Supervisor of inventory levels of chemicals and linen shortages
- Follow directions given by Project Manager or site supervisor in which materials need to be removed, following proper protocols/techniques for removal
- Assist team of Construction Tradesmen and Restoration Technicians in order to achieve target goals on job sites including:

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and follow proper lifting techniques.
- Cleaning and disinfecting of equipment upon return to shop
- Cleaning of vehicles, entering fuel logs and monthly vehicle inspections
- Able to work independently and meet target production goals. Time management and prioritizing abilities. Ability to be redirected as jobs evolve.
- Being respectful in the work place as home owners are often present. This includes handling home owner contents, lifting items (not dragging), shifting content, removing material as to not damage existing surroundings.
- Janitorial cleaning including office, shop, commercial and residential properties both to final cleans, as well as after fires, or other such damage requiring cleaning and disinfecting of building materials.
- Assist team of Construction Tradesmen and Restoration Technicians in order to achieve target goals on job sites including:

- Keeping job sites free from debris, detailed cleaning after construction work; sweeping, vacuuming and wiping of surfaces. Keeping job sites and tool areas clear, organized and functional, assisting with loading and unloading of materials, demolition of drywall, flooring etc, disposing of debris from job sites in appropriate fashion. Gathering items for work day to be loaded into vehicles; putting items away after returning from work day. Other tasks as required by your tradesmen, lead/technician, supervisor, or manager. Assisting with tearing out of damaged building materials.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and follow proper lifting techniques.
- **VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN ABSTRACT IS A MUST**:

- **CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK REQUIRED**:

- **Valid First aid is an advantage**
