**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
- Restock shelves and price new products
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and otherwise clean building
- Handle cash/debit/credit transactions
- Assist bathers and groomers where needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience in retail is an asset
- Must love animals of all kinds
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Strong social media skills and canva is a bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.20-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
