**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
Data Entry of payable invoices (company stations, LG’s and Corporate)
Verify that invoices are correct and approved
Match purchase requisitions
Pay invoices on a timely basis
Process all AMS vendor payments through Wells Fargo
Concur expense reporting
Process trade payable and transportation payable checks
Process foreign rents via wires in Wells Fargo
Process check request and manual checks
Initiate payment selection reports
Maintain payment registers
Monthly close input/uplinks
Back-up to other positions in Accounts payable
Positive pay for both US and Canada
Liaison between Pilot and outside phone contractors
Process all Canadian vendor payments via checks
Process Canadian cartage wires
Process payments to MEX via wires
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
High attention to detail
Strong ability to Multitask
Able to work independently
