**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome, advise, and retain customers with professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Promote our partners' services in person (field and in-office).
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies with the team.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on customer files and completed sales.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings at the office.

**Profile Sought**:

- Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to proactively solve problems.
- Attention to detail and follow-through with customer accounts.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on team success.
- Team spirit, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday.

Pay: $685.00-$1,027.50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
