**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee our food service operations of our Subway restaurant in Davidson, Saskatchewan. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, staff development, and operational excellence.

**Duties**
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for staff and customers
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle daily cash operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate daily operations and support team performance

**Qualifications**:
College diploma or certificate (1-2 years)

Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory or managerial food service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- English language proficiency
