**Summary**

We are seeking a Counter Attendant / Barista to join our team at Roy's Korean Kitchen. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience by efficiently managing orders and providing excellent service that aligns with our mission of culinary excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Operate POS systems to process transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry.
- Barista experience would be an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
