**Wage**:$51,000-58,000/annually

**Program**:
The Prince George Family Y is a multi-services facility, offering Fitness
Services, Health Management Programs, Group Fitness classes, and Child
and Youth Programs. We believe in putting people first, with 5-Star YMCA
Services, and creating environments that are caring, welcoming and fun.

**Responsibilities of this role**:

- Leads by example through delivery of services and programs, developing relationships with
- members and awareness of their experiences within the facility.- Oversees and provides coaching to Fitness Coaches, Personal Trainers, Group Fitness leaders and
- volunteers and leads toward high performance standards, and expectations.- Developing and promoting quality programs and services; through program management,
- attention to details, responsibility for outcomes and budgetary commitments.- Develops and implements strategies that achieves targets for membership enrollment, retention
- of membership and participation in programs.- Maintenance of clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment and program spaces.

**Qualifications**:

- At least two years of post-secondary, or equal experience and training, in Physical Education,
- Kinesiology, Personal Training, Fitness Theory, Conditioning or Group Fitness- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Certifications such as CSEP, CPAFLA, YMCA Personal Trainer, or BCRPA registration; are
- considered an asset- Current First Aid and CPR C, or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Three professional references and clear Criminal Record Check***
