**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
- Pour and spread concrete according to project specifications.
- Use power tools and hand tools to shape, smooth, and finish surfaces.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters, masons & labourers to ensure project success.
- Restore and renovate existing concrete surfaces as required.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operating small hoes or skid steers (if qualified).
- Ensuring quality control for finished surfaces.
- Perform concrete cutting, patching, & repairs.

- **2+ years of experience** as a Concrete Finisher

- Ability to read and understand project plans
- **Valid driver’s license** preferred

Pay: $31.00-$40.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
