**Position Requirements**:

- **Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license, reliable transportation, & clean 3 year driver's abstract**:

- Possess **leadership experience & skills with a willingness to lead a team** of finishers & labourers during placement & finishing to ensure a successful completion of all projects.
- 3+ years concrete construction experience in placing & finishing sidewalks, mono-walk, ramps, curbs, aprons, swales, pads/slabs, SOG's, piles, pile caps, grade beams, retaining walls, etc.
- Valid CSTS 2020 with WHIMIS
- Ability to work as required to place and finish concrete, repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, & twisting
- First aid & other training certificates are considered an asset

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Construct forms, tying reinforcement, placement, & finishing
- Familiar with City of Edmonton standards & typical details
- Knowledge of using equipment/tools at the proper time of the place-finishing sequence
- Spreading & smoothing concrete
- Cutting in expansion joints & troweling edges
- Monitoring the material to ensure it hardens to a durable finish

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

- concrete construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
