We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to help us WOW our customers We are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Representative **to join our team at one of our busy locations. **The Role**

Our Customer Service Representative will assist our customers throughout the repair process, providing information, speaking with the insurance company, and leveraging their experience to provide superior customer service.
- Greet and assist customers
- Coordinate rental vehicles and courtesy cars
- Scheduling repair appointments
- Communicate with insurers regarding deductibles, coverage, etc.
- Provide information to customers about all aspects of the collision repair process
- Collect information about vehicle damage
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair

**Requirements**:

- Previous collision repair industry experience an asset
- Retail/customer service and administrative experience required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Solid administrative skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, punctual
- A positive attitude
- A willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
