John The Plumber is hiring a full-time phone dispatcher/scheduler to work in our office in Nepean. We're a growing plumbing company with a great team of plumbers and support staff. It's a low-stress environment with fair management, and we're hoping to find amazing customer service talent

**Job Position**: Dispatcher / Scheduler / World-Class Customer Service

**What the job looks like**:

- Receiving inbound phone calls
- Provide stellar customer service
- Using our scheduling software to appropriately schedule jobs to plumbers/gas technicians
- Problem-solving
- Get to the office located in Nepean (Off hunt club. Not many buses)
- Work in the office
