**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper execution of painting tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform drywall repairs as needed prior to painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial painting, residential painting, and industrial painting.
- Strong understanding of construction practices related to painting projects.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to the painting trade.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
