The representatives of a call center are individuals who answer and dial out calls. Their responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. With outbound calls the representatives make calls to generate sales, leads, appointment setting, conduct surveys and all other forms of outbound calls. Our niche is urgent call response 24/7/365. We seek to answer 80% of calls within 20 seconds or less. Our success is rooted in supporting our employees by putting them first. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you have the privilege and opportunity to provide comfort and help in times of need. CSR's answer inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for a wide range of situations. It could be processing a donation, providing comfort to someone stuck in an elevator, providing relief to someone experiencing pain, or aiding people in emergencies such as fires, floods, or power loss. Treating each call as a learning experience will help you achieve your goals to deliver memorable service. **Your responsibilities as a CSR**: - Provide warm professional customer support; - Accurately collect details for clients in an organized and timely manner; - Take messages, enter orders, process and dispatch service calls; - Committed to continuously improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of service. - Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. - Researching required information using available resources. - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems. - Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information. - Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management. - Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources. - Following up complicated customer calls where required. - Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM. - Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries. - Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. **What we need from you**: - Proficient keyboarding skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; - Strong people skills - especially written and verbal communication; - Excel at multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing work; - Able to adapt to a flexible work schedule - given the nature of our work this means starting as early as 8AM or finishing your day as late as 10PM. **We care about you**: - Dental and health benefits; - One-on-one mentorship to help you reach your goals; - Being part of an inclusive community with a strong focus on making every day genuinely enjoyable: - Office-wide celebrations and themed days; - Social responsibility - team-fundraising and charity events; At Global Empire, our community thrives on the inclusion of a full range of voices.
