**The Work You Will Do**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Bayshore, you will be responsible for delivering all sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding needs. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community workforce strategizing. The Recruiter (TAS) will play a critical role in ensuring Canada's Northern and Rural communities have a team available to meet their needs and objectives.
This is a fast paced, high energy role that requires networking and public speaking. This is a remote/hybrid position with opportunity to work from office and home based on business needs. The individual must be flexible to regularly travel within the community to network and meet with applicants.
Recruitment
- Plan, strategize, source, screen, hire
Community Outreach
- Connect with community groups, educators, applicants, active on social media platforms
Onboarding/Training
- Facilitate training, documentation and additional paperwork related to onboarding requirements
- in collaboration with our HR department
Administration
- Onboard, ATS, HRIS, In-House programs

You have completed a recognized program, such as the Human Resources Administration Program with focus on Recruitment and/or Recruitment experience
You are social media savvy
You have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods in human resources and recruitment
You have at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities, as a Recruiter, preferably in health care specialization for remote or fly-in/fly-out communities
You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format
You hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and are willing to commute within the surrounding area
You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**
Post-secondary education in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experiences.
**Experience**
Minimum 1+ years of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and varied Administration work experience. Having a focus on health care would be considered
