Microblading Artist

We specialize in microblading and other eyebrow treatments, and we’re looking for a talented Microblading Artist/Instructor to join our growing team. We value creativity, skill, and a passion for helping others enhance their beauty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality microblading services for clients, ensuring natural-looking, symmetrical brows.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, teaching students the techniques and best practices for microblading.
- Educate clients and students on aftercare and proper maintenance of their microbladed brows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and safety standards in the microblading industry.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to students after their training, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
- Help promote the salon and training programs through marketing and word of mouth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Microblading Artist, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Certification in Microblading and/or permanent makeup (must be accredited).
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring others in a professional setting is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both with clients and students.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in microblading.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
