At **Kurves Beauty Bar**, we are expanding our training programs, and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic educator who is ready to make an impact. As a **Brows & Lash Educator/Trainer**, you’ll not only provide top-tier beauty services but also inspire and teach the next generation of brow and lash artists

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Teaching & Training**: Lead professional training sessions in brows and lashes services, including but not limited to microblading, ombré brows, lash extensions, lash lifts, Henna Brows, Brow Lamination and tinting.
- **Creating Curriculum**: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.
- **Hands-On Education**: Provide practical, hands-on training to Kurves Beauty Crew Members, guiding them through techniques, theory, and client consultation / virtual consultation.
- **Promoting Excellence**: Help Kurves Beauty Crew Members refine their skills and build confidence to become successful professionals in the beauty industry.
- **Client Services**: Perform brow and lash services for clients, maintaining high standards of artistry and hygiene.
- **Ongoing Support**: Offer post-training guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure Kurves Beauty Crew Members success after completing the program. Virtual Consultation to be provided as online support
- **Continuous Assessment**: Perform regular audits and assessment through video audits and on site visits
- **Staying Current**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in brow and lash services to continually improve your own craft and the curriculum.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a professional Brow Artist and Lash Technician (microblading, lash extensions, etc.), with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
- **Passion for Teaching**: Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching is a plus. Ability to break down complex techniques in an engaging and easy-to-understand way.
- **Skills**: Expertise in brow and lash services, with knowledge of the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in microblading, lash extensions, and other permanent makeup techniques.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate Kurves Beauty Crew Members.
- **Professionalism**: High standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
