**Position**: Personal Lines Account Manager

**Job Type**: In Office, Full Time, Permanent

**Pay**: From $55,000 annually

**What You Will Do**:

- Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
- Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of insurance experience
- Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
- CIP, CRM, or other designations an asset
