**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our clientele.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to perform product demos and provide technical sales assistance as needed.
- Multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
