Toyota Town is looking for a Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our growing team

ToyotaTown, located here in London, Ontario, is looking to expand its’ Service Department

Located at 1065 Wharncliffe Rd S. in London Ontario requires the following Position

**Business Development Representative/ Service Department Cashier**

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- **Coordinating appointments** - Coordinate customer’s appointments to fit both the needs of the customers as well as the needs of the dealership.
- **Data Management** - Accurately review and enter all customers’ appointments, inquiries and/or concerns into a CRM system.
- Reviewing and recommending vehicle services due
- Knowledge of Xtime, Reynolds or other Dealership DMS an asset
- Cashing out customers and reviewing with them their invoices in detail on an occasional basis
- Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences consistently
- Provide consistent feedback related to daily activities and observations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Automotive knowledge an asset but not required
- Experience working both client facing interaction and on the telephone
- Comfortable creating a positive customer experience and interacting with staff at all levels
