**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project administration
- Assist in estimating, budgeting and tender process
- Collaborating with customers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and tradespersons
- Preparing, distributing, and tracking of Request for Information (RFI’s), Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Contracts.
- Tracking and organizing any on the go site changes issued by site instructions. Follow up with trades.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of construction schedules and monitoring progress
- Preparation and distribution of drawings and plans
- Preparing progress reports and meeting minutes

**Education and Experience**:

- Technical Diploma or Engineering degree, and/or equivalent knowledge & experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in high-rise residential construction in a similar role or any related to the construction field.
- Understanding of project budgets and tracking.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for constructability and conflicts
- Understanding of project forecasting and projections
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to identify and manage priorities
- Must be able to demonstrate experience with Microsoft office
- Self-directed with an ability to work autonomously
