High-rise Construction Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of the high rise residential projects while being a trusted partner for their clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all aspects of multi-residential high rise projects from pre-construction to close-out.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and obstacles in a timely manner to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project team members to promote teamwork and project success.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multi-residential high rise projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working project management, financials, and quality control within Procore.

Pay: $135,000.00-$155,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
