**Hotel Ambassador**

We are currently seeking **a Hotel Ambassador **to be the face of our company and help wow each and every guest. Reporting to the Front Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
**Accountabilities**
- **Be an Ambassador**: Create memorable experiences for each guest as they arrive and depart through the front doors.
- **Provide Exceptional Service**: Offer warm, sincere, and engaging service that ensures guests feel special.
- **Share Local Knowledge**: Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.
- **Fulfill Special Requests**: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or identify appropriate providers.
- **Maintain Appearance**: Ensure a high standard of personal appearance.
- **Professionalism**: Provide courteous and professional services at all times.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Must be able to work weekends and holidays**:

- Stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift
- Ability to work independently

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
