**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Facilitate the provided lesson plans in a fun and exciting way.
- Supervise campers during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive camp culture by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among campers.
- Provide guidance and support to campers in various tasks, helping them develop new skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp environment, including setting up and breaking down activity areas.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of camp programs.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or tutoring is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire children.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with campers, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse age groups.
- First Aid/CPR-C certification is a plus but can be obtained after hiring.
- Must pass Criminal Record Check
- Experience in Minecraft is preferred.
