**SUMMARY**:Do you remember your favorite camp leader? Did someone inspire you to imagine or spark your curiosity?**West Shore Parks & Recreation Society is seeking adventurous individuals to create the best summer right here in the West Shore for all our kids Join us and help deliver an art camp to remember to the children of the West Shore. This position works alongside another art camp leader for most of the summer to deliver a quality art program to aspiring artists aged 6-12 years old. This camp also includes outside time, sports, and games. In addition to good wages, we offer an additional 14% in pay, per hour, in lieu of benefits; a staff facility pass to drop into the weightroom, fitness classes, skating, and pool; as well as the ability to play on our 9-hole golf course.

**JOB DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Skills, knowledge and experience in leading visual arts programs or camps for children.
- Communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to be imaginative and flexible to ensure a fun environment is created for participants.
- Customer service and public relations skills required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Must enjoy working in an indoor or outdoor environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 180 hours of direct experience planning and implementing programs for youth in a public recreation setting.
- Current Emergency First Aid & CPR (CPR Level B minimum requirement but CPR C Preferred).
