**Position Overview**:
This role is a part of a team that directly supports and consults on behalf of the Canadian Hospitality Sales force and their activities. The individual maintains a tailored book of high-end key accounts, facilitating these client’s projects from start to finish and ensuring the customer service experience is upheld for all Canadian clientele. Moreover, this role maintains their own high-level direction on sales targets, project goals/timelines and opportunities. They are further responsible for monitoring all new business opportunities they encounter or have the opportunity to pursue, ensuring appropriate resources are deployed when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintains the flow of communication between sales reps, clients and various departments
- Manage art package development from concept through proposal, presentation and sale phases to completion
- Maintains knowledge of the art and design industries including trends and trend leaders
- Build and maintain expert level understanding of PI’s current inventory of art and artists, and production capabilities
- Assess our client needs to ensure we provide the best experience and service possible to clients bringing feedback to the team to excel on our offering and service
- Delivers top-line sales results by supporting existing client relationships
- Pursues and builds productive relationships with a broad range of designers, architects, purchasers, ownership groups, brands, and end users
- Reports weekly to communicate levels of business with territory
- Manages various administrative tasks related to project execution
- Records and updates for project progress visibility
- Maintains and exceeds established sales targets within client group or territory
- Meets with and influences key decision makers
- Other duties assigned by management

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Personable and proactive in communication, able to build relationships
- Must be well organized, have exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Must have exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, strong ability to understand customer needs
- Professional phone manner and appearance
- Able to work effectively in a team and individual environment

**Software Application and Technical Knowledge**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - Office Professional, Sharepoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- University/college education minimum A degree in Art History, Interior Design, or a similar creative field preferred
