Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage a strategic team environment while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage team members to ensure all staff are performing a high level of their duties and obligations withing their role.
- Assures execution of staff training and retraining programs.
- Coordinate corporate events, birthday parties and ensure they run smoothly.
- Leads and influences management staff through effective motivation utilizing individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement strategies for efficient hospitality management.
- Promote positive employee relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, upholding operational standards and execution of the performance of management.
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses in order to meet annual budgets.
- Responsible for all aspects of the operations including entertainment, food, beverage, equipment and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food handling, hospitality, entertainment, arcade or related field
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Proficient in interviewing techniques and training procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of inventory management practices in a restaurant/ entertainment setting
- Must be able to produce a clear criminal record back ground check.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $16.55-$33.74 per hour

Additional pay:
