**Position Overview**: As a Metal Building Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in various industries. You will leverage your knowledge of metal building systems and your exceptional communication skills to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Consultations**: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on metal building options, including design, size, and layout.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Create and present customized proposals and quotations, detailing project specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the engineering, project managers and production teams to ensure accurate project execution and client expectations are met.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- **Follow-Up**: Provide excellent post-sale support, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven sales experience in metal buildings, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of metal building systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
