**About Us**:
Buhler Industries Inc. is a leading tractor and tillage manufacturing company dedicated to innovation, quality, and excellence. We are expanding our procurement team and seeking a skilled **Commodity Specialist** to manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships for key commodities critical to our production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with company goals for cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers to ensure consistent material flow and optimal performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms to support budget and margin goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on sourcing initiatives and product development.
- Monitor and report on commodity price fluctuations, supplier performance, and key KPIs.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commodity management, sourcing, or procurement in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, cost drivers, and market dynamics.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
