**Description**:
The Clinical Informatics Lead, under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Operations Readiness Leader (CORe Lead), will manage and lead complex initiatives within Connect Care’s workstreams and will need advanced clinical experience and exceptional team work and communication skills to understand the diverse needs of the various stakeholders. The CIL will be responsible for managing functions associated with clinical informatics in Surgery, Anesthesia, Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy areas, including assessing and defining high-impact activities, reports and measures and working with clinical communities to support a successful Launch, and encourage Connect Care’s adoption and use for improved clinical outcomes. It is critical that the CIL have the ability to deal with and resolve politically sensitive issues, which may result in high impact to the organization. The CIL may take a lead role in organizing, coordinating, and supporting Readiness, Implementation, and Technology activities related to Surgery, Anesthesia and Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy workflows. The CIL may engage with Clinical Operations, IT, CKCM, Medical Affairs and clinical staff (nursing, allied health, administrative), along with other Application and Project team members to plan, lead, and organize the detailed work and engagement of various working groups. The CIL needs superlative clinical informatics and provincial change implementation knowledge and experience, strong leadership and communication skills.
