**Duties**:

- Assist with various administrative tasks in a chiropractic office
- File and maintain patient records and documents
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Provide customer support and answer phone calls
- Coordinate projects and events, such as workshops or seminars
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Enter orders and maintain inventory of office supplies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.45 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Elgin, ON N0H 2C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
