我们正在寻找一位既懂美又懂人的医美销售顾问(擅长私域运营 & 主动客户维护)，加入我们专业而有温度的团队。如果你热爱医美行业，擅长私域沟通，懂得如何主动经营客户关系 —— 这就是为你准备的机会。

**职责**:

- 通过微信、短信、WhatsApp、小红书等私域渠道，维护客户关系，主动邀约，精准推荐合适项目
- 对意向客户进行1对1咨询式沟通，引导预约转化
- 建立客户分层，制定对应的维护策略（如：生日关怀、疗程提醒、定期回访等）
- 协助制定会员营销方案及老带新活动，提升复购与转介绍率
- 与医美顾问、治疗师团队紧密协作，确保服务闭环与客户满意度
- 定期整理客户反馈与市场趋势，参与产品/项目优化建议
**要求**:

- 有医美、护肤、美容相关销售经验优先
- 擅长微信社群、私信沟通、朋友圈种草等私域运营手法
- 有服务意识，主动性强，善于建立长期信任关系
- 有审美、热爱美丽、能站在客户角度思考问题
- 执行力强，具备结果导向和数据意识

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
