The handyman will be responsible for general maintenance and renovation projects in the hotel that includes 87 guest rooms, restaurant, meeting spaces and common areas. The handyman will be responsible for ongoing maintenance duties. This is a full time position with the hours of 7:30am until 4pm

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of three (1) years of experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical
- assist in snow removal of property
- maintain pool and hot tub areas
- paint and drywall repairs

- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable
- Experience in analysing, assessing and planning projects

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
