We are looking for a dependable Handyman that can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks at our townhouse complex in London, ON. Previous experience required. This is a part time position that could lead to full time employment. Wage to be negotiated. Duties and Responsibilities **Minor drywall repairs ** Painting **Tile and vinyl plank flooring installation ** Trim installation **Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance ** Installing cabinets **Installing appliances Requirements and Qualifications ** High school diploma or GED certificate preferred **Able to lift at least 50 lbs. ** Familiarity with basic hand and power tools **Reliable transportation ** Flexible schedule **Mechanical aptitude. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDANTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
