**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming and outgoing freight by utilizing phone systems and dispatch software.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize routes and improve delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to relay important information regarding shipments.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all dispatch information is logged correctly.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor freight movement and address any delays or challenges that may arise during transit.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
- Prior dispatching experience required
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data for decision-making.
- Excellent phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Competent in data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Typing skills that support efficient documentation processes.

Pay: $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
