Brandon, Canada Alternative Landscaping Ltd. Full time

Alternative Landscaping Ltd is hiring an experienced **Heavy Equipment Operator** to add to our growing team.

What you'll do:

- Operate a front-end loader, excavator and dump truck to load and move materials and spillage.
- Observe gauges, meters, and products to ensure correct operation of machinery and verify processing conditions, adjusting machinery as required.
- Keep all areas clean and grease and inspect equipment in all areas of production.
- Assist with machinery maintenance or repair.

What you'll bring:

- Related equipment operator experience
- Working knowledge of the heavy construction industry
- The ability to meet production expectations with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate positively and effectively with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license (preferrably Class 1 with Air or Class 3)

**Salary**: $19.60-$33.04 per hour
