No prior experience in the adult entertainment industry required - just a keen eye for marketing and a drive to make an impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce internal promotional events to enhance business growth and foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate private parties and stag events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage promotional onstage activities, events, and themed nights to captivate our audience.
- Utilize social media platforms effectively as promotional and advertising tools.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, from tourism organizations to local hotels, to maximize outreach.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced owner to align promotional strategies with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and event planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to see projects through from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging promotional initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
